“The property is located outside the city center, 2 km, this makes the stay more pleasant and relax as it is quiet and the property grounds and gardens are beautiful.
The views from the hotel are spectacular.
We arrived 3 hours early, and were able to check in, as our room was very clean and ready.
Hotel staff is very frienly, knowledgeable of the Bariloche area, and very helpfull.
To start your day, breakfast is fantastic, with lots of variety and large selections of hot or cold food, pastries, fresh fruits and vegetables.
We anjoyed our stay, and hope to come back again.”

“O Hotel estilo montanha, quatro estrelas, tem muitas facilidades, piscina coberta, café da manhã excelente, fácil acesso na Av Bustillo. O jantar tem um cardápio reduzido e a comida deixa a desejar. E a plataforma Hotels informou que o jantar estaria incluso na reserva e o hotel não aceitou porque disse que jamais faz isso e que foi erro da Hotels. Fiquei no prejuízo porque não consigo contato com a Hotels.”

“Great view and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. However, the whole point of staying at a spa was to access massage services. Unfortunately, they were fully booked during my entire stay. I ended up having to get massage services away from the hotel, which was more affordable and probably better in the end, but it was inconvenient for me. The pool area also had weird hours, and would have been more accessible and convenient if it would have opened before 10am. ”
