    “Everything, • Reception where able to store my luggage prior to arrival is very helpful • Reception staff were knowledge, friendly, helpful, and patient • Room was very clean, well presented, well stocked with beautiful toiletries, bed was very comfy but the pillows were not, room size was great, room furniture comfy, balcony & its furniture was clean • Restaurant & Bar Staff were very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful, food was of high quality and quantity inc a fabulous breakfast buffet, table presentation & cleanliness was good but needs attention”

    “We requested 2 single beds instead of a double bed when booking and had the confirmation. When arrived, we were told to go to the room while the request was not done. We had to wait at the corner when the beds were set up. It didn't look professional. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower are all the same. The hair dryer didn't work.”
