    “Spacious apartment with good fittings, clean and comfortable. Enough room for the family to spread out whilst there. The hotel staff were friendly and happy to assist. Thanks to the night manager who helped us.”

    “This hotel was recommended to me and I can see why. It's fairly central with restaurants about 20 minute walk away, the rooms are very comfortable, space to work, sleep and relax, bathroom was great, had all the facilities and the gym is good.”

    “The reception team- especially the young man who helped me during check-in was incredibly helpful & upgraded our rooms in the last minute to assist in accommodating us, so that my husband & young son can bunk in with me (last minute decision). He upgraded us with ease & offered us an extra roll out bed. Requests to the front desk were actioned very promptly & facilities (esp. the Happy Hour time at the Bar) was excellent! We along with several friends who also booked rooms there for an event in Canberra, were very happy with everything. Lifts were very quick as well & having 24/7 gym is great!!”

    “Deco is well furnished, comfy and has a surprisingly good restaurant BUT if you have accessibility needs be aware that the only room you can get is a ‘2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit’. However what they don’t tell you is that the bathroom is actually an ensuite and so the second couple have to traipse through the bedroom of the person with accessibility issues to use the bathroom. Reception staff offered no compensation for this inconvenience and as Canberra was fully booked we couldn’t change hotels. Also, the second bedroom is very small with no shelf, drawers, hooks or hangers and no bathrobes like the main bedroom.”
