    “The pool area was dirty and not overly inviting. It was very cramped. For a distination like Cairns, the pool is a critical facility. The rooms were not very sound proof. We were on the first floor and could hear a lot of noise from surrounding rooms. The view from the room was terrible - into a carpark. The bathroom was extremely cramped. I could hardly close the door when trying to get to the toilet. If I had been an extremely overweight person, I would not have fit.”

    “Excellent location especially for families. Less than a 5 min walk to Aquarium, esplanade, many food options and an excellent playground. Desk staff were friendly if approached, reception area lovely and bright. Housekeeping staff very smiley and welcoming when we crossed paths. Nice having a coffee machine in room, esp w kids having very early starts.”
