Everything about my stay way amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and beautifully. The food at NINETEEN was exceptional and such good value. I couldn’t finish my 3 course meal and that’s a rarity for me. The pool area is very luxurious. I cannot fault this place.

    “It's in a great location in Broadbeach. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Spacious rooms with fantastic views, plus lots of lifts for quick and easy access to the room. The Casino and Theater are downstairs in the building, plus the Hotel has world class restaurants such as Nineteen (up the top) and Kiyomi (A Japanese restaurant).”

    “We received a free room upgrade to a penthouse suite despite booking a stellar suite which was lovely. The penthouse suite was huge with complimentary snacks and drinks (except alcohol which would cost extra). The staff were all very welcoming and helpful and the harvest buffet breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. There are multiple restaurants onsite / nearby the casino too. The rooftop pool was also very nice but I could imagine it being a bit too busy if the hotel was packed in the summer - however you do have access to multiple pools at each hotel nearby so maybe that would help. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would return.”
