    “I had a wonderful dining experience at Pullman Palm Cove, made even more memorable by the exceptional vegetarian options on the menu. The vegetarian gnocchi was truly fantastic — beautifully cooked, rich in flavour, and thoughtfully presented. It’s one of those dishes that immediately stands out and leaves a lasting impression. A major highlight of the evening was the service, especially from George, the restaurant manager. He is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring guests have a great experience. His professionalism and warm personality added a special touch to the meal, making the atmosphere feel both welcoming and refined. George also recommended the matcha cup dessert, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The flavours were authentic and carried a truly Japanese taste — delicate, balanced, and wonderfully crafted. It was the perfect way to finish the meal. Overall, Pullman Palm Cove delivers outstanding food and exceptional service. The combination of delicious vegetarian dishes, a great dessert recommendation, and George’s amazing hospitality made the visit thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Palm Cove.”

    “To start with something positive, the reception staff were absolutely lovely. They were friendly, welcoming and very helpful, and our first impression of the hotel was therefore a good one. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The breakfast on our first morning was very average. There was really not a great deal of choice, especially when compared with other hotels of a similar rating that I have stayed in. For the standard of the hotel, I expected a much better breakfast selection. However, the biggest issue was the service around the poolside bar. On the first day, there was one lady working incredibly hard. She was trying to do everything — serving customers, making drinks, serving food and cleaning up. Despite clearly being under pressure and having a lot to do, she remained pleasant, smiled and appeared genuinely happy to help. I have to say she deserves recognition for her attitude and work ethic. The second day was completely different. There were more guests and, understandably, the staff were much busier. However, the behaviour of the team leader, George, was absolutely unacceptable. George was rude and disrespectful towards guests. What shocked me most was that he was a team leader. If this is the behaviour that other staff members are seeing from someone in a leadership position, then I have to question what sort of example is being set for the rest of the team. Guests should never be made to feel that they are an inconvenience, particularly when they are paying to stay at a hotel of this standard. To make matters worse, we ordered drinks which simply never arrived. We waited and waited, with no explanation or apology. This added to an already extremely frustrating experience.”

    “We had a fantastic stay at Sea Temple Palm Cove earlier this July, and what really stood out was the exceptional service from the entire team. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the room we had originally booked became unavailable. However, the team contacted us early, arranged an alternative, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was not only unaffected but even better than we'd expected. The room changes during our stay were handled seamlessly, and we really appreciated how accommodating everyone was. Despite the resort being fully booked throughout our stay, everything was exceptionally well run. The grounds were beautifully maintained, housekeeping did a fantastic job, and the reception, bar and kitchen staff were always friendly, attentive and happy to have a chat. A special thank you to Dan, Rosie and the reception team for making the unexpected changes so easy and ensuring we had such an enjoyable stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend Sea Temple Palm Cove to others.”
