The ambience and the serenity. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly and eager to please to ensure that we have an amazing experience. The activities that we arranged such as wine tasting experience was fantastic. Breakfast and dinner with wine pairing was amazing. A great range of pre dinner drinks. The property is close to many wineries and surrounding towns.

The location of course is beautiful and each meal memorable but the service we received impressed us the most.”

    “Maddie's welcome was excellent and we felt in good hands.Breakfast food was excellent. Staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you, Maddie and Jeremy were standouts during our stay, also Darcy. Sam the chef also a standout . As we were in a party of six, it seemed more difficult for the team to manage our dinner orders, so we assumed it would be a better place to stay for couples. We definitely all enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat. It is the most beautiful place, rooms were so lovely, the suites were well presented and most luxurious. The Louise tea at night was a nice touch and enjoyed very much. Thank you Maddie for the great tour of "The Louise" art!”

    “We booked The Louise to celebrate a milestone anniversary and it was a very special and memorable stay. Loved the spa retreat/hotel feel and all the inclusions: welcome drink and snacks, 5 course dinner, any and every drink, a la carte breakfast, and the care the staff showed. They accommodated my dietary requirements so well that I didn't feel any different to others or like I was missing out. Every suite has a private courtyard with vineyard and sunrise/sunset views, a very comfortable king sized bed, gas fire, spa bath, heated towel racks and underfloor heating in the bathroom. There was even a private outdoor shower which was fantastic to use in hot summer weather. I enjoyed it so much and plan to make this my annual retreat!”

    “Very enjoyable stay, fantastic menu with paired wines, pool was relaxing on the hot afternoon ( 35 degrees ). We were a group of 4, and found all staff were exceptional. We could not get over how " Charlie" was outstanding in service with a very big smile, her knowledge and out to please well above what was expected, great experience, thank you x”
