    “Amazing quality amenities and the hotel was super close to all of the shops and the concert venue we were attending so the location is perfect! Jimmy (I believe his name was) was a lovely man who greeted us on arrival and he was such a delight to talk too. He kept checking up on us when we would leave through reception and really made our stay super enjoyable.”

    “Everything is amazing. I stay here every time I come to Melbourne. Everyone goes above and beyond. Room is luxurious and spacious. Staff are helpful and kind. Breakfast is more than worth the cost.”

    “The Grand Hyatt has very quickly become our favourite place to stay in Melbourne. The location on Collins Street is fantastic, the hotel itself feels properly luxurious without being stuffy, and every stay just feels easy from the moment you walk through the doors. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully presented, the facilities are excellent, and the service has consistently been warm and professional. It’s also perfectly positioned for wandering Melbourne — great restaurants, shopping and plenty of the city within easy walking distance.”
