The Bali Hai is a true oasis in the world of hotels and motels. We had a studio (villa) for 2. The accommodation was excellent, very roomy with a full kitchen and private outdoor verandah. On this verandah was a large barbecue and a dining area. We received a very warm welcome from staff including a small vase of fresh flowers, the carnations scent was lovely. There is a pool with fountains to enhance the overall calm, serene atmosphere. There was a king sized bed that was very comfortable with a separate lounge area with sofa, coffee table and TV. There were complimentary laundry facilities in the room, much appreciated as we were on a long trip. Toiletries included were great.
