We reserved two rooms, and the staff took the time to help us choose the perfect accommodations for our family. They recommended a room that was ideally configured for our toddler and four-year-old, and their advice was absolutely spot on. Every detail met our needs perfectly, making our stay effortless from the very beginning. Both rooms were stunning, with breathtaking views overlooking the fortress and the city of Salzburg. Waking up to that scenery each morning was unforgettable. Every detail reflected exceptional quality—from the plush towels and luxurious bed linens to the elegant furnishings and décor. The amenities were equally impressive. We loved relaxing in the swimming pool and spa, and spending time at the Glass Garden was one of the highlights of our visit. Dinner at the Michelin-starred restaurant was extraordinary, while breakfast each morning offered an incredible selection and impeccable service. We also appreciated the thoughtful snacks and refreshments provided in our rooms, another touch that made us feel exceptionally well cared for.
