    “We didn’t like anything about this hotel except Derrick was very helpful! The rooms smelt like musty smell, said we had breakfast included and we both had 2 fried eggs on toast and 1 coffee and they charged us $140 Australian dollars and said what we ordered was not off the breakfast menu included, we asked them to order a taxi for 6.30am in the morning and that was not done either and had the stress to organise one at this time of the morning - to far to walk from town - and the pool area is disgusting and dead bird around pool! Just horrible so not book here!!!”

    “We had Tea at the hotel and had a wonderful time, I took my wife and daughters there for tea and we had a great afternoon enjoying good food, tea and conversation and just realxing, we highly recommend it. It takes about an hour and half to fully enjoy it and not be rushed”

I had the pleasure of speaking with a young lady at the front desk regarding plans for my business partner and me to bring our families to this wonderful historic hotel and restaurant. She had a pleasant and patient demeanor, answering all of my many questions with professionalism and kindness. Her helpfulness truly made a lasting impression.”

    “First time stay at Graycliff, though we had dined at their amazing highly rated restaurant before. The hotel is small and very upscale, beautifuly furnished with period pieces rather than cookie cutter type of look. Our room, even tho we booked the standard deluxe base room, was massive and felt like you had stepped back in time. It felt more like staying at a grand house that has been in the same family for generations. Tons of Bahamian and British touches everywhere, beautiful grounds, the main pool is unlike anything I had seen before at a hotel. The staff is superb, kind, friendly and we had great conversations with all about the history of the place, Nassau etc. Fantastic all around!”
