“I had an absolutely exceptional stay at the Plantation Urban Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the remarkable professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, always available, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly maintained, clean, and very peaceful. The swimming pool is stunning, the spa is exceptional, and the room service always met my expectations. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable from the very first moment. I would also like to give a special mention to Sombou at the reception, who was particularly kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. But I truly want to thank the entire team, because every single person I met contributed to making my stay memorable. In my opinion, this hotel truly offers a five-star experience by European standards. I would even say that many hotels in Europe could learn from the quality of service and professionalism of the staff at the Plantation. I have rarely experienced this level of hospitality anywhere else. The best proof is that I originally planned to stay for only one week… and I ended up staying for more than a month! I kept extending my stay night after night because I felt so comfortable there. I travel extensively around the world, and it is very rare for a hotel to genuinely make me feel at home. At the Plantation, that is exactly how I felt. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience and all the great memories. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation, and I will definitely be very happy to return.”
