“Everything. There is nothing to fault. All the staff were friendly and welcoming at all times. The location is just outside the main area and they offer free tuk tuks into town in the evening. Excellent quality rooms, the property was clean and to high standards. I couldn’t ask for more and will certainly stay here again! Big shout out to Kevin for my birthday surprises, he went above and beyond during my stay!”

“Ik schrijf niet vaak een review, maar nu wilde ik dat toch graag doen. Wat een fijn verblijf! Wat werken er super lieve en vriendelijke mensen. Ze doen er echt alles aan om je verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken!
Verder is het een enorm mooi resort. Mooi zwembad, mooie, ruime en schone kamers.
‘s Avonds bieden ze een gratis Tuk Tuk service aan voor naar de stad. Het ligt ietsjes verder van de stad vandaan, maar je kan ook heel eenvoudig een grab pakken.
Ik zou echt weer opnieuw boeken als ik weer in Cambodja kom. Aanrader!!”

“Our point-person was Fin, who was lovely and incredibly helpful. He answered our questions, anticipated needs, provided information about local customs and preferences, as well as taking care of normal front desk duties. If we return to Siem Reap, we will stay here again, because of him. The breakfast was terrific as well, I recommend buying it when booking the room.”

“Die Zimmer mit Poolzugang sind sehr zu empfehlen. Personal sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Alles sehr sauber. Zimmer sind groß. Tolles Badezimmer. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Am letzten Abend wurden wir zu einem 3 Gänge Menü eingeladen. Lage zwar etwas ausserhalb, aber mit Tuk Tuk in 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Den angebotene Gratis Shuttle gibt es zwar nur One way und erst am 18 Uhr, aber funktioniert einwandfrei.”

“I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it is absolutely phenomenal (I don’t usually write reviews, and I hate the culture where you’re asked to write a review in return for good service) this did not happen at Eightfold and on top of that it was the best service I think I’ve received since being in south East Asia. Nina is incredible, she remembers your name, your requests, your general conversations and goes properly above and beyond. The staff notice everything in the best way. One evening I was standing at reception trying to (subtly) itch a nasty bite I’d received on my leg. Immediately Nina is offering cream to help soothe it. Alice in the restaurant was also a standout. However if I could name every single member of staff I would. I fell in love with Siem reap and this hotel had a huge amount to do with that.
I urge you to book your stay here. It’s totally totally worth it. I would hurry back in a heartbeat to this hotel.”
