Amazing hotel! The facilities were great and super clean. The room was modern and had a kitchen, which was great. Views of the mountains were stunning, we were genuinely sad to leave. Can’t wait for our next trip out there!

“The staff was courteous, welcoming, and efficient. House keeping was excellent…when we had the do not disturb sign, we were left alone. When we left for the day, house keeping cleaned without moving our personals, which is exactly how we like it. The facilities were clean throughout, rooms-bathrooms-hallway bathrooms-hot tubs and sauna. We had reservations in a nearby town for the second half of our stay, and after seeing the difference, we returned to the Otter for the remainder of our vacation.”

“Les chambres confortables et spacieuses. La douche avec pommeau détachable (ce qui est rare en Amérique du Nord!) L'accès aux bains chauds et à la salle de sport bien équipée était vraiment agréables pour se détendre après une journée remplie.”

“The staff on check-in were very pleasant and helpful.. The room was a good size with a balcony, and the beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom.and shower. Just a 15 minute stroll into the town or a free shuttle if you prefer. Lovely restaurant on site.”
My stay was very short and I asked for slippers and they did not provided me !!!
