    “I stayed during my birthday and reception waived the parking fee, left chocolate truffles in my room with a sweet birthday note, and a towel shaped into a birthday cake! It truly made my stay feel special! The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable!!”

    “So, the hotel is lovely, very European, decent breakfast and nice rooms. We spent 5 nights here and had booked for a dinner in their Oxbow restaurant, which has great reviews. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told it was now being used for a private event and we had to eat in the bar. This is the bar with the tv playing, people cleaning tables with spray bottles, definitely not the high end dining we had expected. We did receive an apology and a glass of cava, but shouldn’t the hotel have phoned us ahead of time and told us they were not honoring our reservation? Then we could have decided to go elsewhere. Very poor customer service.”
