“I like how it is very close to the airport and to shopping malls . The room is also very clean and very spacious. There is also a personalised welcome message on the screen. Would definitely come back. The breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant is also very delicious.”

  • Not a Hilton.

“This hotel is a Hilton in name only. It is run like a much cheaper brand and largely ignores Hilton Diamond benefits. Pros: renovated rooms (6th floor), large TVs, nice bathrooms, helpful and friendly restaurant staff Cons: staff apologize a lot but do nothing to actually respond to requests or solve the many issues that arise due to poor management, Executive Lounge closed (but they don't tell you until you arrive), no free breakfast for Gold/Diamond but instead a CAD 16 credit while breakfast will run you at least $25 without coffee, sofa beds are cheap to the point they cannot be slept on and no pillows provided, housekeeping closes at 10pm and the single front desk night staff doesn't have a key to the housekeeping closet, emails prior to arrival go unanswered, there is one gentleman at the front desk who thinks he's the warden instead of a Hilton employee there to support paying customers. Understood that staff may be frustrated by the hotel being consistently at capacity because it seems it is being used to house people displaced due to the wildfires in the north, but the answer is to increase staffing rather than decrease quality, surely. This hotel should not be permitted to advertise/be branded under Hilton.”
