“I am not sure this is for everyone as it is expensive, but worth it if you rent one of the rooms with a full view of the Falls. You will get to see the evolution if the falls, the mist, and the sky. You will see the sunset and also the sunrising over 1the falls. I recommend you do it at least once and you won't be disappointed.”

Loved the view from the room, incredible. It’s a bit of a journey to get to the room as it’s so high up and you need to take two lifts (one is old school) Bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. Highly recommend this hotel if you want actual views to the falls.”

“The location of the Towel hotel is excellent, less than a 5 minute walk to the incline railway which takes you down to the falls and a 10(ish) minute walk to the main WeGo bus stop. There are plenty of restaurants on the door step or a 5-10 minute walk away.
I stayed in a 'no view' room which is on the same floor as the lobby. I was a bit worried about noise due to the location being near to the ihop elevator, however noise was not a problem.
The room was a good size and did have a window, the view was of a concrete wall though. The bathroom looked like it had recently been updated and had plenty of towels, space and was clean. The water pressure was not great on the shower but otherwise the bathroom was good.
The room had plenty of USB/ electric sockets, the bed was clean and comfortable and there was a coffee machine, small fridge in the room. Only coffee / some tea bags were provided, unfortunately no English breakfast tea and only two little milks. As the room doesn't get cleaned/ restocked everyday it would be nice to have more milk available in the room.
The Aircon/ heater unit is very loud, luckily I didn't need this on overnight as the weather was mild.
Upon check in you are given coupons for money off local places (mostly restaurants) however, none of the coupons are valid for people travelling solo. But it's a nice little touch otherwise if you can make use of them.
Staff I came across were all friendly and helpful.
I went up to the viewing floor to watch the fireworks, definitely a perk being able to have access to this free of charge when staying at the hotel, especially when you have a ground floor room.
It does get pretty busy up there as guests from the 'sister' hotels also have access to this too.
Overall a good stay.”
