This is a very beautiful hotel with excellent service and great facilities. Shout-out to the receptionist who gave us two fresh bottles of water at check-out without us asking for it! The restaurant on-site is nice (though I wouldn’t recommend the salmon. The steak frites were good!) I slept really well here - the beds were very comfy and cosy and it was very quiet.

    “The central location was ideal for walking to attractions. The hotel was like a comfy little retreat, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful with everything and anything. The room was excellent and quiet, no noise transfer and yet the hotel was sold out. The Cocotte Bistro like the hotel made you feel special. Excellent getaway thanks to the Metcalfe and staff, certainly worth repeating.”

    “That was the best hotel stay in the first 4 weeks of our Canada trip! Central location, very friendly staff, the excellent French bistro, and our wonderful, warm and spacious corner room with city view on floor 4... Stylish decoration, high quality material and the turndown service who noting (from my medical products in open view) that I had a bad cold never forgot to put a glass of water on the bedside table next to my pills... I am much impressed...”
