“Our stay at the Omni King Edward Hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we experienced exceptional hospitality.
I would especially like to recognize the kindness, professionalism, and warmth of the entire staff. The front desk team made us feel genuinely welcome, the concierge service was outstanding, and the housekeeping team kept our room absolutely spotless, paying attention to every little detail.
The restaurant deserves special recognition for its excellent cuisine, elegant atmosphere, and, above all, the warm and professional service provided by its wonderful team.
The hotel beautifully combines history, elegance, comfort, and a prime location in the heart of Toronto.
Beyond its beautiful facilities, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the genuine kindness and dedication of the people who work there.
We left Toronto with beautiful memories, and our experience at the Omni King Edward Hotel was certainly one of the highlights of our trip.

“Modern, clean. Liked that the rooms had some colour and not drab grey or brown - gave it some character. Stayed in a deluxe king - bed was comfy, pillows not so great - they were too thick, great for side sleepers I guess.
Had a great breakfast in the restaurant.
Bar was nice and didnt feel like you were in a hotel.
Location was good.”

“The King-sized room is much bigger than expected. Location is very near to St. Lawrence Market and Old Town. The lobby is grand with the giant-sized chess pieces. And, we like our housekeeper - we didn't need our room to be cleaned during our 3 nights stay, but we got extra coffees and water.”

“We had a super stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. Our room was so much larger than expected as was the bathroom. It was exceptionally quiet during the night allowing us to have a good sleep after the hectic days travel and the following days sightseeing. The room was spotless, with fresh bottled water supplied each day and tea/coffee facilities. The room was well equipped too, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, iron and board. Air conditioning and heating. Reception staff very welcoming and a special mention to Kenny (bar staff) and Prem (restaurant staff) Food was superb!
The Hotel is around a 10 minute walk from Union Station and 10 minutes from St Lawrence’s market with the Distillery district around a 20 minute walk although there is a metro station near by. Although a very busy city we found getting around extremely easy.”

“The hotel is conveniently close to the subway station and lots of stores and restaurants. Very clean with nice staff who courteously and quickly responded to our requests for bottled water, extra towels, late check out, connecting rooms and many more.”
