Review in focus
This hotel is really gorgeous and the staff are all so kind and attentive. The entire hotel is spotless and exudes a fresh vanilla scent. The room was beautiful and luxurious, the swimming pool and sauna perfect and the downtown location exceptional. We had the best dinner at Louix Louis and the most delightful afternoon tea in the Astor Lounge. Our three night stay was absolutely smashing!
