“Charleston Santa Teresa Hotel has all the positives expected of a 5 star hotel: impeccable residence, superb food and restaurant, amazing architecture both internal and out - - - - - What I appreciate MOST about Charleston Santa Teresa is the pleasures of a 5 star resort without ANY of the pretentiousness or snobbery which is usually associated with luxury. I would highlight the staff of the hotel most of all as being friendly, involved, respectful, understanding, polite, and appropriate. - - - I am a traveler who presents as an adult aged woman of color, I felt welcomed in the Santa Teresa. There was zero being questioned about my stay. There was no being treated as if I were expected or encouraged to leave. No one, not fellow guests nor staff, questioned me nor made me feel unwelcome. My stay was divine. I will stay here the next time I travel to this area. I will recommend the Santa Teresa to anyone and I strongly encourage you to stay there.”

“We loved, loved, loved our stay at the Charlston Santa Teresa in Cartagena. We were greeted with elegance, cleanliness, and very friendly and honest staff, who were professional by the highest standards, and also looked out for our well being and safety. And that is something that no money can buy! Beyond that, there are the usual amenities like a gym, a pool, a nice restaurant, magnificent views (granite baths, beach proximity and city center not included - NOT kidding). The breakfast, too, was out of this world!”

“The location is great, the hotel itself is also very good. The breakfast / restaurant location is very enjoyable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was also very nice and the bed very comfortable.
The rooftop location by the pool could benefit from additional shade / parasols.
This is a minor point but the hotel could do more to disguise the view on the outside air conditioning units when up on the rooftop (not visible from all areas however).
Overall a very good hotel in a good location. ”

“Recibimos muy mal trato de Roy y Yarlenis, nos cobraron extra por una menor de 14 años cuando teníamos la reservación de una habitación para 3 personas, desconocieron que mi hijastra fuera la hija de mi esposa pidiendo documentación del padre, fueron mal educados, súper groseros y este hotel no vale lo que cobran, nos sentimos robados y no regresaremos , no lo recomendamos y ojalá que algún general manager supervise el mal customer service de esas amargadas personas Roy y Yarlenis .”
