    “It's a small but wonderful hotel in Lapad... Newly renovated! Maria, Ivana and Stepan from the reception were very welcoming and accommodating of all our requests... Thank you! We booked a junior suite with a balcony. It was spacious, clean and just right for our stay.. Breakfast was varied and fresh with lots of choices. For a stay in Lapad, a short distance by bus no. 6, to the old town, would highly recommend this hotel!”

    “Die Unterkunft ist genau so, wie sie auf den Fotos ist. Die Lage ist super. Die Altstadt ist mit dem Bus in ca. 15min erreichbar. Es hat in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle und es fahren regelmässig Busse.”

    “Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas teníamos la esperanza que la limpieza fuera perfecta, pero no fue así. Nuestra primera noche cuando abrimos la cama nos encontramos una infinidad de pelos dentro de las sabanas y demás. Al día siguiente lo comentamos en recepción y nos lo cambiaron y pusieron como excusa que era una empresa externa quien hacia el lavado de las mismas. Bajo mi punto de vista, a persona que hace las debe revisar de entregar las habitaciones limpias. No me considero una persona escrupulosa pero se veían mucho. La habitación que nos dieron era en la misma planta donde está recepción y para el descanso no era nada agradable porque todos los clientes pasaban por alli a altas horas de la noche haciendo ruido. Nuestra reserva se hizo hace muchos meses y pienso que deberían habernos dado una solución para esto o ubicarnos en otro sitio. Después de estas dos incidencias comentadas en recepción, esperábamos que hubieran tenido un detalle con nosotros pero no fue así, Es más, fuimos nosotros quien tuvimos que indicarle que después de todo esto esperábamos que la única noche que habíamos utilizado el parking del hotel no nos lo cobraran. Creo que un hotel de estas características debe cuidar todos estos detalles y es importante que el personal de la limpieza verifique rigurosamente el trabajo hecho. Y que si alguna vez ocurre alguna incidencia el mismo hotel debe dar una solución y tener un detalle con el cliente”
