Siamo stati in questo hotel durante il nostro viaggio di coppia in Egitto e ci siamo trovati davvero da Dio! Fin dal primo momento ci hanno accolto benissimo, tutto il personale è stato di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibili, facendoci sentire davvero a casa.
Le camere sono pazzesche, curate nei minimi dettagli, e la vista è qualcosa di spettacolare! Ci hanno trattato benissimo per tutta la durata del soggiorno, sempre con il sorriso e pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi cosa.
Non potevamo chiedere di meglio, è stata un’esperienza bellissima e ci siamo portati a casa un ricordo fantastico. Se dovessimo tornare in Egitto, sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel! ❤️”

“O hotel é simplesmente perfeito!
Gostaria de parabenizar especialmente a Sara Azzam, da recepção, por sua cordialidade, atenção e, acima de tudo, por ser um ser humano incrível. Estendo também meus cumprimentos aos garçons, que demonstraram simpatia, educação e profissionalismo durante nossa estadia.
A única ressalva que tenho em relação ao restaurante do hotel ocorreu em uma noite, quando o responsável pelo estabelecimento tentou cobrar um valor superior ao devido. Percebi a situação imediatamente, pontuei o ocorrido e, felizmente, tudo foi resolvido. Embora a questão tenha sido solucionada, registro que a situação não foi agradável e poderia ter comprometido a experiência.
Entretanto, faço questão de destacar o excelente atendimento da Sara Azzam e dos garçons, que merecem todo o reconhecimento.
Existem profissionais que simplesmente cumprem suas funções, e existem aqueles que fazem a diferença por meio da humanidade, da gentileza e do respeito. Sara e os garçons são exemplos disso!
Meus sinceros agradecimentos a esses seres humanos incríveis, que tornam a experiência de um hóspede ainda mais especial.
