    “جميع الموظفين في قمة الذوق والتعاون وشكر خاص للأخ محمد نبيل في الاستقبال الذي كان موجودا لحظة الوصول وحصلت على ترقية مجانية ممتازة، كذلك الشكر للأخ محمد في خدمة الغرف والحقائب وكل الموظفين في الأمن والمطعم وترتيب الغرف والمغسلة الموقع طيب قرب جميع الخدمات والاحتياجات والمساجد وبسبب ارتياحي معهم مددت فترة الإقامة أقترح عليهم تطوير مدخل الفندق وتوسعة المطعم ولهم الشكر والتقدير”

    “اود اشكر الاخ محمد نبيل في الرسبشن علي حسن تعامله واخلاقه العاليه وادبه وكان جدا مهتم ومتعاون في اي طلب واعطاني نظره جيده لاهل مصر لدرجه اني مددت كمان اسبوع والاخ يوسف في الاستقبال ايضا وللمانه انا وولدي حسينا الفندق كانه بيتنا كل الموظفين محترمين واخلاق البوفيه جدا نظيف المدخل مش من البوابه هو بالاصانصير الدور رقم 1ابغرف كبيره انصح فيه من ناحيه الامان والنظافه”
