Très mauvaise expérience. L’hôtel m’a prélevé la totalité de ma caution, soit 200 €, sans m’en avertir au préalable, alors que je suis repartie avec le sourire du personnel et sans qu’aucun problème ne me soit signalé. La chambre était nickel, sans odeur de cigarette ni aucune trace de dégradation. On m’a accusée d’avoir fumé dans la chambre, alors que je suis NON fumeuse et que je n’y ai pas fumé. Finalement, les 200 € ont été retenus sous prétexte que l’alarme incendie de ma chambre s’était déclenchée, sans justification claire. Malgré de nombreuses démarches et réclamations, l’hôtel a toujours refusé de me rembourser ou de faire le moindre geste commercial. Je trouve inadmissible de retenir l’intégralité d’une caution pour un tel motif, sans preuve concrète ni explication cohérente. Soyez vigilants avec votre caution !
