“This is not a 5 star hotel! Many details were missing from the hotel. Even a bar of soap everyday.
I left numerous messages for advise, reservations etc and not one response through e-mail.
They closed the bar one night for a private party and our group could not get a drink at all.
Location is good and most of the staff was wonderful.”

“Staff was impeccable. Rooms were spotless. Best sleep ever. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up in the morning. We used their airport service coming and going and the Mercedes van was super luxurious. We felt like royalty. Fabulous location. A 4 minute walk took us to Bo & Mei every morning for coffee and pastries. Easy location to Metro and bus. I would stay there again if I had the opportunity. ”
