    “Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect for a first time visitor to see most of the major sights within easy walking distance. The atmosphere was special with great furnishings and interesting art. The staff were exceptionally helpful in recommending and making reservations. They were also very helpful and caring when I had a medical issue when in Berlin. I would particularly like to mention Otto and Paul.”

    “Das Empfangs-Personal am Freitag der Anreise konnte leider nicht mitteilen, wo eine Möglichkeit des Parkens (PKW) möglich war. Mehr als zu sagen „round the corner“ war nicht drin. Ein richtiges Willkommen war es in der Form und Ausstrahlung der Begrüßung desjenigen auch nicht. Am Abreise-Tag hatte es sich der Mitarbeiter am Empfang lässig-sitzend sehr bequem gemacht, um unmotiviert und unpersönlich den Checkout durchzuführen. Leider war es nicht das erste Mal, dass solche Verhaltensweisen in Ihrem Hause aufgetreten sind. Obwohl das Hotel so viel Charme und Möglichkeiten zum Wohlfühlen - auch den Mitarbeitern gegenüber - bieten sollte.”

    “Bardzo przyjazna obsługa , pyszne śniadania , super czysto , świetne wyciszenie . Bardzo dobrze dostosowane godziny wymeldowania i śniadań w weekend . Nie trzeba się zrywać rano . Świetna lokalizacja . Udało nam się też zameldować o 13 , chociaż oficjalnie było od 15 . Parking płatny dodatkowo 30€/doba , ale bliziutko . Bardzo polecam .”
