    “Exceptional service, rooms and decor are stunning comfortable beds and great shower. Restaurant is wonderful, food is worth the money and is consistent. Breakfast was great as well. Cannot fault the hotel at all and the location is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and monastikiri”

    “The Gatsby is in a great central location in. Athens, a close walk from Syntagma square. The rooms have the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in (the most important thing for a hotel stay). The maintenance of the rooms is first class. The staff are friendly and superbly helpful. The barman makes excellent cocktails (the best Negroni I've had).”

    “Great location. Loud bar across the street (weekend) but earplugs helped. Excellent staff, very nice attached restaurant and bar, great breakfast. We stayed at Grand Bretagne for most of our stay in Athens so if I think Gatsby was nice, it’s nice.”

    “The location is unbeatable, within comfortable walking distance from every site we wished to visit. We took the breakfast included option. The a la carte breakfast menu is impressive and perfectly executed. Best cuppucino ever. Restaurant staff went out of their way to meet all of our breakfast requests. Hosekeeping is efficient, friendly and accomodating. The front desk and lobby staff were friendly and helpful around the clock, anything you need to feel at home, starting from the e-mail and WhatsApp texting assistance to set up our arrival, including arranging transport from the airport and back. On our check-out day the front desk manager jumped through hoops to enable us to keep a room until we needed to leave for the airport in the late afternoon - no hotel ever did that for us before. Our personal thanks to Thanasis, Konstantina, Alex, Ionna, Manolis and a few more whose names we did not get, for making a great stay.”
