    “PRO -Food and convenience store options in area are great (So u have to bring stuff back to room with you.) Restaurants are great! -Room quality is nice. -Using the Dusit app makes communicating with staff easy. CON -Room service only 1700-2100 -Room temp could not go lower than 72 degree F, but was able to get a fan. -Refrigerator did not cool items, but just used ice machine. -Pool use only for registered guests. Cannot pay fee to bring guests (Local resident problem).”

    “This 5-star hotel is the best choice if you can afford the high price. It's Thai famous brand and can't go wrong. We had an ocean-view room and we dropped our jaws when entering into our room - the beach and ocean are just right down there and the views are stunning 🫨！ The highlight of our stay (and actually the whole trip in Guam) is snorkelling at the sea right next to the hotel. We saw some fish and before 5pm, the water was so shallow that we could walk far away from the beach. Room spotless clean, well ventilated, very spacious. The mini bar is free for first consumption. Our room rate didn't include breakfast and we tried once with extra pay (about USD80@). It's already the best in Guam I suppose. There's shuttle service USD10 per head to the airport, very convenient (we took airport taxi when arriving at Guam and were charged USD40!!! 😤😤😤） I was very disappointed about Guam as compared with my solo visit 7 years ago - Duty Free shop with 50+ years of history closed down business, quite some other shops/restaurants/hotels closed down too, aquarium suspended etc. I would have considered to change flight and leave Guam earlier if I didn't stay here.”

    “First of all book Dusit Thani and not Dusit Beach, because Dusit Thani is facing the actual water. And it's okay because you get to use the facilities of both. Which brings me to my second point of praise. We were using the laundromat and our credit cards weren't working, so Megumi the concierge manager went down 3 times to use the hotel credit card to swipe for us! Dusit is also in the heart of Tumon so all the restaurants and shops were within walking distance. And if they weren't, there was a taxi stand between both hotels. You may also download the Stroll app, which is the Uber of Guam, and just as easy to use. On Sundays there's a street market nearby. And on Wednesdays you can take a cab to the Chamorro Night Market. For shopping there is Micronesia Mall, Guam Premium Outlets, KMart, Agana Shopping Center and Village of Donki. Most if not all have taxi stands at the entrance. We stayed around 5 days in Guam, and that was enough time to see it all. Oh, one last thing, you can stay in the pool till sunset, then soon after they blow three whistles to announce the end of day, which is fine, because you get to do it all again tomorrow!”
