The best experience I have ever had at a resort ever. The care and attention to detail the staff provide the guests, as if we are family. I watched how the staff interacted with everyone and the service is exceptional, the care with children coming to the resort was beautiful to see❤️ the resort has many activities on offer for guests; we did the Balinese cooking class and it was amazing, complimentary as well! There’s yoga, fire shows, crafts class and cooking. The staff arrange everything for ease; snorkel trips, scooters and transport. I can’t thank them enough for making this part of our Bali trip the best. The restaurant at the hotel we ended up eating every day the food is that good, the facilities of the pool are amazing. I would recommend booking a pool view as being able to step into it was fantastic. This experience will hold a special place in my heart and thank you to every single member of staff at Kardia for this❤️shoutout to Dea for being my tracked bestie thank you I’ll miss you!!!
