⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Wonderful Staff, Delicious Breakfast & Outstanding Hospitality! I had a wonderful and memorable stay at Swiss-Belresidences Kalibata, Jakarta, from 18 to 24 October 2026, staying in Room 920. From the moment I arrived until my departure, I was very happy with the hotel's hospitality and services. My room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and the entire hotel staff was friendly, respectful, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special appreciation goes to the breakfast and kitchen team! The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and well prepared every morning. I would especially like to thank the wonderful lady who prepared and cooked the food. She was absolutely amazing! Her cooking skills, kindness, dedication, and friendly attitude made my mornings extra special. She truly deserves recognition and appreciation from the hotel management. I would also like to thank all the kitchen staff, restaurant team, reception staff, housekeeping team, and everyone working behind the scenes for their excellent service and warm hospitality. As an international business traveller visiting Jakarta, I felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire Swiss-Belresidences Kalibata team for making my visit to Indonesia such a pleasant experience.
