“Central Ubud is very busy. Apipraya is very close to the Central Area but I found it very quiet and calm. The breakfast was good and included main, fruit salad, coffee and Juice. My room was large and included bedroom, sitting area, large bathroom, air conditioning, fridge, tea/coffee. I was expecting a balcony but understood from reviews before arrival that this is only included in suites and I had booked a room. I found the sitting area good. The hotel is very small there is an outside sitting area next to a nice fish pond and a small swimming pool (almost a plunge pool). I thought my 4 day stay was great value gifts what I got.”

“This was our second stay at Abipraya as we all loved it so much last time. The staff are so lovely, the breakfasts are beautiful and the rooms are clean and air conditioned. The bed is comfy and big enough to share with a child and not get kicked in the stomach all night. The garden and grounds are beautiful and exciting for kids to explore while you pack/unpack. The floors and bathroom facilities could use an update (things are a bit old and shabby) but for the price of the rooms and fantastic location it doesn't matter. Unfortunatly the pool was out of order while we stayed this time which was a shame - I'll be asking them next time to check the pool quality the week before our stay so that it's clean and ready for swimming :)”

“I had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Abipraya and would happily return again!
The room was lovely and had everything I needed. The bed was a little squeaky, but it was very comfortable. The shower had fantastic water pressure, and having a fridge, TV and beautiful bathtub was a great bonus.
The outdoor area was easily a 10/10! 🌴😍 Everything was so beautiful, colourful and thoughtfully arranged. The gardens and surrounding areas were extremely well maintained, creating such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The pool area was also really nice, although the banana-shaped pool couches could probably do with a little upgrade.
Breakfast had a fairly limited selection, but honestly, I was more than happy with the choices available and always found something I enjoyed.
The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly and welcoming, and their service really made me feel comfortable and looked after.
The location is fantastic — you're close to pretty much everything. There are plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants within walking distance, with some absolutely amazing food around the area. 🍜🍹
A little word of advice: be careful when walking around Ubud, especially at night. Some of the roads are very narrow and can get extremely busy. Also keep an eye out for the open drainage channels along the sides of the roads, as they can be quite dangerous, particularly when it's dark.
There is so much to see and do around Ubud, and if you're into yoga, you'll be spoiled for choice with classes and studios everywhere.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Villa Abipraya. Beautiful surroundings, great location, friendly staff and a very relaxing atmosphere.
I would definitely stay here again and hopefully be back very soon! 😊🌴”
