Review in focus
I've been staying here for many times over the years. The hotel is comfortable and very clean. Waterpressure in the shower is good and aircon works very efficient. Efficient elevators. Beds are comfy and plenty of pillows. The reason I keep returning is the fact that the staff do their best to make your stay as comfortable as can be. A special thanks to Mary who genuinely cares about the guest experience and always has an eye on every detail. I noticed some reviewers commented that refurbishment in certain areas is needed. I found everything to be clean and in good working order. It's not the 4* luxury standards one may encounter in many European hotels. I hope people realise that Israel is going through challenging times and that the war that followed the pandemic does have an impact on the way one can run a business and make investments. As said the staff are a gem and go out of their way to attend to any needs you have. To me that is true hospitality, more than a fancy chair ;)
