התארחנו במלון דיוויד אינטרקונטיננטל ללילה לרגל יום הולדתי, וזכינו לחוויית אירוח יוצאת מן הכלל, שעלתה על כל ציפיותינו. החל מהשירות האישי והמסור, דרך החדר המפנק ועד לארוחת הבוקר המשובחת ניכרת בכל פינה ההקפדה על איכות, מצוינות ותשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים. בראש ובראשונה, ברצוני להודות ולפרגן מכל הלב לזהבית, מנהלת קשרי הלקוחות, שהיא ללא ספק נכס של ממש למלון. עוד בטרם הגעתנו יצרה עמי קשר, התעניינה בבקשותינו והפגינה אדיבות ואכפתיות יוצאות דופן. עם הגעתנו קיבלה את פנינו בחום ובחיוך, ואף שרה לי לכבוד יום ההולדת. זהבית דאגה לשדרג אותנו לחדר חדש, מרווח ומפנק במיוחד, עם מרפסת, באגף החדש של המלון, ובחדר המתינה לנו מחווה מרגשת וטעימה לכבוד המאורע. לאורך השהות כולה זהבית הייתה קשובה, מסורה ומלאת רצון טוב, ודאגה לכל פרט כדי להבטיח שחוויית האירוח שלנו תהיה מושלמת. מדובר באשת מקצוע נדירה, המשלבת מקצועיות מהמעלה הראשונה עם אנושיות, רגישות ותודעת שירות יוצאת דופן. בעיניי, זהבית היא נכס צאן ברזל לא רק למלון דיוויד אינטרקונטיננטל, אלא לענף המלונאות בישראל בכלל. אנשים כמוה הם אלה שעושים את ההבדל ויוצרים חוויית אירוח בלתי נשכחת. היא ראויה לכל מילה טובה ולהערכה רבה מצד הנהלת המלון! ראויים לציון גם יקיר וחנה מצוות הקבלה, שהיו אדיבים, שירותיים ומאירי פנים. הטרקלין היה פשוט נהדר, מהאיכותיים והמרשימים שבהם ביקרתי בארץ, ותודה מיוחדת לסרגיי ולעדה המקסימים, שהעניקו שירות אישי, קשוב ומקצועי, תמיד בחיוך ובסבלנות. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה ללא ספק מהטובות ביותר שאכלנו במלון בארץ, אם לא הטובה שבהן. מבחר עשיר ומרשים, חומרי גלם איכותיים, מאפים מיוחדים, מנות מוקפדות, קינוחים, שוקולדים ושלל פינוקים שלא פוגשים גם ברבים ממלונות היוקרה בארץ. הכל היה טרי, מגוון וטעים להפליא, וניכרה מחשבה אמיתית על כל פרט. אהבנו במיוחד גם את הגשת הקפה ישירות לשולחן על ידי המלצרים. זהו שירות אלגנטי ומפנק שמוסיף רבות לחוויה. לסיכום, זו הייתה חופשה חלומית וחוויית אירוח מהמשובחות שפגשנו. תודה גדולה לזהבית ולכל צוות המלון על היחס החם, הנדיבות, המקצועיות והאירוח המוקפד. אם ניתן היה להעניק ציון 11 מתוך 10, היינו עושים זאת בשמחה וללא היסוס. אין לנו ספק שנשוב להתארח במלון, ונמליץ עליו בחום לכל מכרינו. תודה מעומק הלב על חוויה בלתי נשכחת ♥
