Isabella on reception remained calm and responsive when an electrical fault impacted our room. She found a way to resolve it quickly, was friendly and efficient. The room had everything we needed, the location opposite the Duomo was perfect and the breakfast plentiful and different. A great stay in an interesting and vibrant historic centre.
