    “An absolutely stellar experience from check to check out. Marvelous staff, excellent food, the best piano bar in Florence for aperitifs and after dinner drinks. This hotel epitomizes five star luxury service. Unlike most properties captured under the Marriott umbrella, St Regis - Firenze improves with time, each visit adds a depth of flavor and delivers a truly memorable experience leaving you longing to return.”

    “The hotel is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and is convenient for walking to the major attractions. Although our room was small it was nicely decorated. The hotel itself was somewhat dated but a nice place all the same. The breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. The only miss for me was the smaller room and the dated feel and look of the hotel. Although I enjoyed my experience there I’m not sure I would go there again.”

    “THE ST REGIS IS AMAZING!!!! The staff was phenomenal. The property is gorgeous. Our room was huge and exquisite. We had wonderful breakfasts every morning and ate and drank in the main bar on more than a couple of nights. It was an exceptional experience. I HIGHLY recommend it.”

The staff was phenomenal—attentive, professional, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless throughout our stay. The room was beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the location right on the Arno is hard to beat. What really set this stay apart was the level of service. Due to a half marathon, much of the city center was closed, and without hesitation, the concierge personally walked our bags several blocks to meet our driver. That level of care and commitment is rare and made a lasting impression. An outstanding experience from start to finish—highly recommended.”
