Another wonderful stay at Portrait Milano! It’s always such a pleasure to come back. The location couldn’t be better, the service is exceptional, and everything is designed to make you feel comfortable and well looked after. The spa is lovely, the restaurant is excellent, and the whole experience feels effortless. What really makes this hotel stand out is the people. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. A special thank you to Ivan, who is incredibly kind, attentive, and always knows exactly how to make guests feel welcome and cared for. Lorenzo P. made check-in a pleasure and was exceptionally thoughtful throughout my stay, even reminding me to take an umbrella before it started raining. It’s those little gestures that show how genuinely attentive the service is. Freya was just as wonderful during check-out. They all made my stay even more enjoyable.
