We have been coming to this hotel for many years, and we absolutely love the service and the staff. However, this time the room was very dirty. There was visible dust and dirty carpet. We have brought it to the attention of the front desk and hope they deep clean the rooms.

“It’s a nice property and a great location. Room clean and nice but needs some improvements particularly technology. They significantly mischarged me for a car they booked which I caught and took a while but they corrected. This is hotel that charges top dollar but is stingy with water in room looking to get you for a few extra dollars ”
