The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful! It was so nice to able to order quality food from a menu rather than the typical European hotel buffet! But the stand out feature of the property is the staff! Every single person we encountered was professional and went out of their way to provide assistance. At departure time, it was impossible to get a taxi to the train station because there was a half marathon in progress. Giovanni and a colleague helped us get our luggage all the way to the metro station! They even accompanied us to the platform so that we didn't have to carry our bags down the stairs. They truly went above and beyond! We will definitely return!
