Nagyon kedves volt a szemèlyzet! Az óránkènti buszjárat Sorrento központjába nagyon fontos és kényelmes. Sajnáltam, hogy nem a tengerre néző szobát választottam. A lift is nagyon sokat jelemtett nekünk a mozgásszervi problémával kűzdő párom miatt. A recepciós hölgy az utcáról is felhozta őt egy golfkocsival. A korai érkezést rugalmasan kezelték, a csomagjainkat megőrizték és már aznap megnézhettük Sorrento belvárosát. Köszönet érte.
