    “It turns out that we had two beds put together to make a king size bed however, one side was not a mattress. It was a boxspring, and the springs were poking in my husband‘s back. We reported it to management gave them a video. Also, there was blood stains on our mattress too and was told David contact us, but they never did.”

    “I loved the location, being out of the hustle and bustle yet still within easy distance of main sights. The setting of the hotel, with its garden, is also gorgeous. The rooms were nice and the hotel itself beautiful. The staff was very friendly! I am tempted to come back to a more expensive room at the water (the hotel has its own vaporetti stop).”

    “Le jardin est exceptionnel Sa fraîcheur est très agréable en été à Venise. L’emplacement est idéal au cœur d’un quartier très authentique et un peu moins touristique mais avec beaucoup de lignes de vaporettos à proximité y compris pour visiter la Biennale ou pour se rendre à la Mostra Le petit déjeuner dans le jardin est très agréable et délicieux Les chambres sont spacieuses Et le personnel sympathique et efficace”

    “The hotel is located in a quiter part of Venice, so it may be a wonderful choice for families with children. Though, it is not far from the main sights. We had the chance to stay at the breathtaking Presidental Suite with amazing view. Kind, helpful and friendly staff. After exploring the city we could enjoy the enchanting, peaceful garden.”
