“Perfect Family Getaway at AYA Niseko

Our family of four, including two energetic kids (9 and 6), had an amazing stay at AYA Niseko during the low season. While many places in the surrounding area were closed, we actually loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It gave us a chance to fully enjoy the tranquility of the area and take in the beautiful natural surroundings.
We spent a lot of time walking and hiking up the mountains, which was a fun and adventurous way to keep the kids active. After a long day of exploring, relaxing in the hotel’s onsen was just what we needed to unwind.
Our room was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern, and with all the comforts we could ask for. It really felt like a luxurious home away from home, which made our stay even more special.
AYA Niseko was a perfect base for our family trip, and we would love to come back again!”

“秋天去二世古旅遊值得入住的一間service Apartment，地方乾淨環境清幽，可以望到羊蹄山或登山纜車風景，相信冬天景色更加漂亮，員工服務周到當我們駕駛到酒店即有幾個員工跑出來為我們安排車位搬行李真的非常讚，其中一位講普通話的男職員Mr Ki 很有禮貌地為我們解決客房的一切問題超級讚👍🙏下次再來二世古都會再次入住！”

“With this price. The breakfast is really unsatisfied. Everyday the same food and they start to clean up at 9:30. If you go a bit later there were not too much left. They do not fill in the empty dishes. Also run out of coffee no one to fill in. I think they have limited staff to service.
Other than that, the service was ok
The shuttle bus arrangement is also very good. Just not very flexible sometimes. Overall is good. But not like japanese style service.”
