せっかくの誕生日の祝いで家族で三室とったが、2階でその上窓からの景色も最悪、 コンシェルジュから紹介された懐石料理屋もイマイチ、、 夜中はマナーの悪いインバウンド客とその子供達が走り回り、よく寝られず。 ホテル、室内も古さを感じる。 朝食も、、一泊一人8万以上取るホテルの朝食とは思えない品数に、、唖然。 もう2度と泊まることはないでしょう。 以前落ちついた大人のホテルの雰囲気でしたのに、とても残念。 室内の広さ、快適さ、サービスの質、 朝食のレベル、スタッフの心配り、 それを考えたら、金額が見合っていないと感じる。
