    “This place was out of this world beautiful. We chose the hotel as we wanted the luxury and the location - not too near the craziness of Naha. We had a car and wanted to explore. From the room, to the staff, to the food - everything was amazing. Special shout out to Gushiman on reception who went above and beyond when the kitchen forgot our breakfast boxes on the last day and he went out of his way to make sure we didn’t leave on n empty stomach at 6:30am!”

    “Unfortunately, our stay at Oriental Resort & Spa was a major disappointment. The hotel is generally worn out and outdated, and the overall condition falls far below what you would expect, especially considering the price. The facilities look promising in the descriptions and marketing, but the reality simply does not live up to expectations. The resort significantly overpromises and underdelivers, leaving us feeling that we paid a premium price for a very underwhelming experience. The value for money is extremely poor, and we genuinely struggle to understand how the hotel can justify its pricing given the overall standard and condition of the property. Okinawa is a beautiful destination with so much to offer, and we sincerely regret spending part of our limited time on the island at this resort. We would have much preferred to spend our time and money somewhere else.”

    “Brilliant pools but very strict life guards, no jumping in or diving in any pools even the 2.5m one. Affordable and accessible parking. Short 15 minute walk from lovely restaurants. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Good shop within facility. Pools open late until 22:00”
