My fiance lost his set of keys while we were going around Sapporo. We asked the reception staff if they could help us call the establishments that we might have left the keys. Ichi (not sure if her full name is "Ichihara") helped us call the underground mall, uniqlo, etc, and were able to find the missing set of keys. I've stayed previously with family in other Daiwa Roynet locations, and the experience has always been good. We'll definitely book this hotel chain again when we visit Japan/
