大浴場が広く、温泉がとっても良かったです。また温泉に入った後で、ラウンジでビールを飲みながらのんびりできるのもGood! 一方で開業から半年以上経っているものの、スタッフの方々の対応が高級ホテルとはまるで違う印象。まごまごしているというか、ゲストを待たせない工夫が足りないというか…。研修の充実を望みます。
