    “Je remercie sincèrement tout le personnel de l’hôtel, sans aucune exception ! Notre expérience a été absolument fabuleuse. Du début à la fin, nous avons été traités comme des rois ! Le personnel a été aux petits soins avec nous pendant tout notre séjour, avec de nombreuses petites attentions et une réelle volonté de veiller à notre bien-être. L’hôtel a répondu à toutes nos demandes, et même au-delà de nos attentes. Nous nous sommes sentis considérés, écoutés et véritablement choyés. Et surtout… ALLEZ AU SPA LES YEUX FERMÉS !!!!! Je vous assure que ça vaut largement le détour. C’est une expérience incroyable, avec une vue tout simplement à couper le souffle ! Le spa ainsi que la suite de massage en duo ont été un véritable moment de bonheur et de détente. Pour notre dernier hôtel avant notre retour en France, nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux. Ce fut un moment de confort ultime, parfait pour terminer notre séjour au Japon sur une magnifique note. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : Le fantastique petit déjeuner servi en chambre Le verre de bienvenue La qualité et l’efficacité du service de nettoyage L’accès direct aux taxis en sortant de l’hôtel L’expérience très sympathique du Pizza Bar Le spa et la suite de massage en duo La qualité des repas servis en chambre Et surtout, la gentillesse et l’attention de l’ensemble du personnel Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience exceptionnelle. Vous avez largement contribué à rendre la fin de notre voyage inoubliable. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et recommandons sincèrement cet hôtel les yeux fermés !”

    “Stayed here with a friend from 16 June and it was an absolute delight — Mandarin Oriental Tokyo has become one of my favourite Mandarin Oriental hotels. What truly sets it apart is the chemistry between Japanese precision and Mandarin Oriental's signature warmth; the two come together so seamlessly that every moment of the stay felt effortless yet deeply personal. A very special thank you to Ryan, Karen and the entire team, whose service was simply outstanding — thoughtful, attentive and genuinely warm from start to finish. Their arrangements made us feel so well looked after, and it's this level of care that keeps me coming back. The room was comfortable and elegant, but what really captivated me was the view — waking up to the Tokyo Skytree from the window was pure magic. Wonderful rooms, spectacular views, and a team that goes above and beyond. This will always be my first choice in Tokyo. Highly recommended!”
