Tout était formidable. L'espace SPA et Piscine était un très bel endroit et très bien organisé, le bar lounge est très agréable et offre une très belle vue de la ville et la chambre était très belle. Seul petit bémol, notre sauna privatif (dans la chambre) ne marchait pas la première nuit, nous avons donc déménagé dans une chambre à côté pour la 2eme nuit afin de pouvoir en avoir un fonctionnel. Cependant, des solutions ont été rapidement envisagé dès l'annonce qu'il était HS et le personnel a été parfait dans le traitement de cette "mésaventure". Par ailleurs, le personnel était incroyable, au petit soin, à l'écoute et très gentil. Un superbe minibar gratuit et réapprovisionné tous les jours ainsi que des cadeaux en chambre ont permis de faire de ce séjour un très bon dernier weekend à Tokyo ! Merci à l'Okura pour son acceuil !
