    “The staff were friendly, facilities were exactly as described. Salt water pool is lovely. Breakfast was amazing- so many options and variations daily. We loved the roti in particular, highly recommend. Location is pretty good, some good restaurants nearby, I'd highly recommend Jason Nyonya House for dinner and Fat Tiger for refreshing drinks in Lebuh Bishop. Having the water filter tap is great.”

    “Penang is quite crowded with tourist and even vehicles. We so surprised 😮 that penang have changes with sky crapes building and long bridge straight to the town with tol. Direction is so clear. When we check - in the front Office was so knowledgeable and efficient.Our check - in goes so smooth after long driving from s'pore. Room was so clean n tidy , comfortable. We have shower and straight to bed and rest as so tired. Facilities in room are so well maintained only the drinking filter tap is not functioning/ faulty. But we manged to take the water from tap as the hotel indicated sustainability environmental. F&B Mgrs are so friendly and welcome both of us. The restaurant is so spacious and beautiful deco. So many variety of food display and just choose it accordingly to your appetite. Overall our stay is so happy and enjoying. We thank you to the front Office staff and the security who always so helpful. Keep it up.”
