Absolutely everything was perfection. From the minute we drove onto the property, I was blown away by the attention to detail, the warm and welcoming staff and the impeccable service at every single turn. The rooms are just stunning, the turn down service next to none, the personal hosts go above and beyond everyday (thank you Jesus and Damien!), the food is extraordinary (catch of the day at Agua changed my life), the pools and the overall ambience is just perfect, I could not reccomend this hotel highly enough. Already dreaming of my next stay here!

    “Exceptional hotel, setting the standard for real hospitality. From before we arrived, through our entire stay, to check-out, the hotel staff were exceedingly warm, helpful, and responsive. You can tell the hotel really stresses the importance of looking after guests and empowers all employees to make guest experiences delightful. The property itself is stunning, with lush greenery, multiple pools, and several restaurants. Our room was spotless and well maintained throughout our stay, making it extremely comfortable for us. The pools deserve a shout out with warm, crystal clear water, and comfortable loungers (we spent a lot of time there with our 5 mo old), and the beach access was a huge plus. That said, the breakfast was probably the biggest highlight of our stay. We had breakfast included in our rate, and it was such a treat going to Agua every morning and enjoying delicious, clean food with a spectacular view of the ocean. The group chat they set up with concierge / hosts was also a really nice touch- all we had to do was send a quick message with any requests and the hosts organized / accommodate everything. Definitely recommend, and big thank you to our wonderful hosts, Samuel, Francisco, and Lorenzo.”

    “One & Only never disappoints! I go all in when I travel & can be finicky. This was my second time at the property & second time staying in a Casita Suite, but first time with one of my children (I have 4). The room, the little details in the room (little gifts & aromatherapy oil of choice burning at turndown, children’s slippers, toothbrush & robe, fresh fruit, incense to burn, on & on). The Butlers were always 10 steps ahead, if not 50! The room service is 5 star, the spa is 5 star, really everything is. The gift shop, restaurant, amenities…. At this point it’s safe to say, One & Only is a brand that I feel is so consistent that I truly feel comfortable booking at any one of their locations around the world. It’s gives you a family vacation that you don’t need a vacation from after! IYKYK. As far as the resort catering to my child, true story, he met so many wonderful children & begged to go to the kids club to see them all and play. From the moment we stepped foot in the property he was treated like a little prince, they greeted him with a wonderful Muslin bag filled with so many goodies - Kids club hat, shirt, water bottle. It clearly felt like his little private world & really the resort makes sure that the kids feel part of the entire resort experience. The first time was a girls trip & honestly I don’t know which one was better, because they both were equally amazing. Truly 5 stars for their kids program & our experiences this week! To the manager, who was truly an angel, and my butlers in room 2218, Thank you, with all my heart! You made this trip unbelievably special for my son & I.”

    “I loved having so many options and the health juices were also varied and we tried most of them! Of course you cannot beat the view and the staff was incredibly attentive! They even noticed I was a little chilly and immediately offered me a cozy blanket!”
